Tan N. Nguyen (member IEEE) was born in 1986 in Nha Trang City, Vietnam. He received a BS degree in electronics in 2008 from Ho Chi Minh University of Natural Sciences and an MS degree in telecommunications engineering in 2012 from Vietnam National University. He received a Ph.D. in communications technologies in 2019 from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, Czech Republic. He joined the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of Ton Duc Thang University, Vietnam, in 2013, and since then has been lecturing. He started as the Editor-in-Chief of Advances in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (AEEE) journal in 2023. His major interests are cooperative communications, cognitive radio, signal processing, satellite communication, UAV, and physical layer security.

Lam-Thanh Tu was born in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. He received the B.Sc. degree in electronics and telecommunications engineering from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Vietnam, in 2009, the M.Sc. degree in telecommunications engineering from the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology, Vietnam, in 2014, and the Ph.D. degree from the Laboratory of Signals and Systems, Paris-Saclay University, Paris, France, in 2018. From 2015 to 2018, he was with the French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS), Paris, as an Early Stage Researcher of the European-Funded Project H2020 ETN-5Gwireless. His research interests include stochastic geometry, LoRa networks, physical layer security, energy harvesting, and machine learning applications for wireless communications. He is currently a Research Fellow with the Xlim Research Institute, University of Poitiers, Poitiers, France. He was a recipient of the 2017 IEEE SigTelCom Best Paper Award. He was an Assistant Project Manager of the H2020 MCSA 5Gwireless and 5Gaura projects. He was an IEEE Transactions on Communications Exemplary Reviewer in 2016.

Dr. Phuong T. TRAN was born in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. He received B.Eng. and M.Eng degrees in Electrical Engineering from Ho Chi Minh University of Technology, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in 2002 and 2005, respectively. Since 2002, he had three years working as a teaching assistant at Ton Duc Thang University in Ho Chi Minh City. He has also worked in Arrive Technologies Vietnam, a system-on-a-chip design company, for one year. In 2007, he became a Vietnam Education Foundation Fellow at Purdue University, U.S.A., where he received his MSc degree in Mathematics and then Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2013. In 2013, he joined the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of Ton Duc Thang University, Vietnam and served as the Vice Dean of Faculty since October 2014. His major interests are in the area of wireless communications and network information theory.

Anh-Vu Le is at the Communication and Signal Processing (COMSIG) Research Group, Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Ton Duc Thang University, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Currently, he is working as a Postdoc Research Fellow at ROAR Laboratory of Singapore University of Technology and Design. He was the ROAR lab leader in various aspects of robot autonomy. He received his BS in Electronics and Telecommunications from Ha Noi University of Technology, Vietnam and Ph.D in Electronics and Electrical from the Dongguk University, Korea in 2007 and 2015, respectively. He used to be the Visiting Scientist at Korea Institute of Technology and Science. His current research interests include Robotics vision, Robot navigation, Human detection, Tiling robotics, Feature matching, 3D video processing and signal processing.
